Low Pressure Die Casting: Expertise and Innovation by Donghua

 

Donghua (DH) ventured into aluminum die casting in 2018 and successfully produced 200 tons of aluminum casts by 2019. To ensure the delivery of high-quality products, DH has recruited five highly-experienced aluminum experts. In the low-pressure die casting process, molten aluminum from a pressurized furnace is poured into the die under approximately 0.7 bar of pressure. This pressure is maintained until the metal solidifies, allowing for precision control of die cavity filling.

We operate two aluminum casting production lines with an annual capacity of 1,000 tons. To accommodate our customers' growing demand, we plan to invest in additional aluminum casting equipment, such as cold chamber die casting machines, in the near future.

Our capabilities encompass the production of a wide range of aluminum alloys, with weights ranging from 0.1 kg to 100 kg. We excel in manufacturing axially symmetrical parts, components with hollow sections, and complex geometries. Utilizing state-of-the-art casting machines and detection equipment, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and services at competitive prices.
