Capabilities

Our facility houses two CNC engraving machines with engraving ranges of 6m x 6m x 2m, allowing us to produce samples within 3-7 days of receiving drawings. By eliminating the need for tooling, this process saves both time and money, making it ideal for low volume, large casting parts. We can produce castings using a diverse array of materials, including carbon steel, steel alloy, stainless steel, cast iron, brass, and aluminum, accommodating various material specifications.

Process

 

Step 1: Utilize CAD to design 3D models of molds and import the data into the engraving machine.

Step 2: Create sand shell molds by engraving resin sand layers using engraving machines.

Step 3: Assemble the two shell molds and pour molten metal into them.

Step 4: Break down the mold, remove the castings, and cut off the gating system using sawing machines.

Step 5: Grind and shot-blast the casting to achieve a smooth surface.
